We are looking for a talented HTML5 Developer to join our team and create engaging playable ads for mobile games.
What you will work on:
- Create 2D and 3D game scenes and systems using Cocos Creator 3;
- Write clean, maintainable, and optimized cross-platform code in TypeScript;
- Design and implement the architecture of mini-games and interactive scenarios for playable ads;
- Optimize build size, performance, and asset loading to meet advertising network requirements;
- Integrate playable ads according to the specifications of ad platforms such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, Liftoff, Moloco, etc.;
- Work with animations, UI, particles, 3D assets, and gameplay effects;
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and animators to bring creative concepts to life;
- Participate in the development of new playable ad concepts and gameplay prototypes;
- Propose and implement ideas to increase engagement and performance of ad creatives;
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and pipelines to speed up playable ads production.
What We Expect:
- Experience with Cocos Creator 3.x and TypeScript for developing interactive game experiences;
- Understanding of game logic, scene structure, and gameplay systems;
- Ability to implement gameplay mechanics and algorithms (e.g., match-2, match-3, and similar mechanics);
- Experience optimizing assets, performance, and build size (texture atlases, asset loading, runtime performance);
- Understanding of software architecture and programming patterns and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to design and structure playable ads architecture under strict technical constraints;
- Nice to have: experience with shader development, custom engine extensions, or other game engines and technologies.
Would Be a Plus:
- Commercial experience developing playable ads;
- Experience using AI agents to assist with coding and accelerate development;
- Experience working with advertising networks such as Unity Ads, AppLovin, Google Ads, etc.
