Cubic Games is a mobile game studio and part of the international GDEV holding.
We have grown from a small team into a company of 130+ professionals, united by a love for games and a desire to create products that truly stand out.

We are the creators of Pixel Gun 3D, a cult mobile shooter with 3+ million monthly active players and one of the strongest communities in the genre.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager.

What will you do?

  • Acquire users globally for the midcore mobile shooter Pixel Gun 3D, taking into account genre specifics and a strong community-driven ecosystem.
  • Manage paid traffic acquisition and scale campaigns across key advertising platforms while optimizing ROI and LTV.
  • Work with Google, Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, Mintegral, Apple Search Ads, and be ready to learn and launch new platforms from scratch.
  • Develop the UGC creatives direction: test user-generated formats, extract insights, and scale the most effective approaches.
  • Use internal BI and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and achievement of KPI targets (ROAS, CPI, Retention, Payback).
  • Organize and analyze A/B testing of new creatives, hypotheses, and platform advertising features.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, ASO, and Analytics teams to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Negotiate with partners and advertising platforms, explore new growth opportunities, and test new acquisition sources.
  • Accumulate expertise, systematize knowledge, and document best practices within the UA direction.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile games, with a solid understanding of midcore and shooter audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with several traffic sources, including:
    Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Unity, ironSource, AppLovin, Moloco.
  • Experience or strong understanding of Apple Search Ads as a key growth channel in 2025+.
  • Understanding of marketing for games with a strong brand and community: working with loyal audiences, organic impact, brand traffic, and social-driven effects.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, analyze results, and turn insights into action.
  • Skills in managing your direction as a product: goal setting, planning, and delivering results.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to rapidly changing platform algorithms and trends (UGC, AI creatives, SKAN 5+).
  • Interest in non-standard challenges and a desire to deeply understand growth mechanics.
  • Passion for games and a strong understanding of the mobile market.
  • English proficiency sufficient for communication with international partners and platforms.
