We're looking for an experienced UA Manager to manage and optimize campaigns across Applovin, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, and TikTok, scale acquisition efforts, and enhance automation processes.

  • Work with ad networks and scale user acquisition for mobile games across different genres and monetization models (Ad / IAP / blended).
  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance, test hypotheses, and identify new growth opportunities for scaling acquisition.
  • Work with campaign structures, placement architecture, and optimization signals.
  • Use internal automation tools (auto-bidder, creative testing automation, etc.) that help efficiently manage acquisition and scale campaigns.
  • Communicate with ad network managers and take into account the specifics of their algorithms and auction systems.
  • Work in a team of experienced UA specialists: share knowledge, discuss approaches, and solve complex cases.
  • Participate in the development of UA tools, automations, and internal team workflows.
  • Experience working with ad networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, TikTok, or others).
    Understanding of how ad network algorithms and optimization types work.
  • Strong understanding of the UA funnel and key KPIs (tCPI, tCPA, tROAS).
  • Understanding of MMPs and attribution models, including SKAN.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to data.
  • English B1+.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with Mintegral.
  • Experience with UA automation tools.
  • Experience scaling high-spend UA campaigns.
