Accountant

Responsibilities

• Keep track of settlements with contractors (B2B, individual entrepreneurs, individuals)

• Calculation of additional accruals and deductions (loans, travel compensation, fitness reimbursement, etc.)
• Prepare invoices, discuss and agree on amounts with contractors
• Conduct analysis of accounts payable, monitor compliance with payment deadlines
• Reconcile debts with contractors, participate in the annual inventory of settlements
• Communicate with and process requests from third-party services for working with new contractors
• Manage the asset section (registration of arrivals, departures, control over movement)
• VAT control (check applied rates on a monthly basis and update directories)
• Participate in process automation (needs analysis, task setting, verification of data) 

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of finance and/or accounting
• 3+ years of work experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word, Google Sheets
• Work experience in 1C (preferably Holding Managementor or 1C:ERP) 
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher
• Strong oral and written communication skills
